At Hamesha Sasta, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience across all our vendor stores. Since we are a multi-vendor marketplace, each seller (vendor) manages their own products, orders, and returns.
Please read our policy below to understand how returns and refunds work on our platform.
Returns Policy
Return Eligibility
Products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or not as described
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless damaged or wrong:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Personal care and hygiene items
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Digital/downloadable items
Non-Returnable Items
- Log in to your account and go to My Orders
- Select the order and click Request Return
- Provide a reason and upload images (if needed)
- The vendor will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days
Refunds Policy
Refund Approval
Refunds are issued once the product is returned to the vendor and inspected. The vendor must approve the refund based on return eligibility.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days, and credited to:
- Your original payment method, or
- Hamesha Sasta wallet (store credit), based on your choice
Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to seller error (wrong/damaged item), the vendor bears the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to customer preference, shipping costs are non-refundable.
